C- compression
E – elevation

Year round strength and conditioning program
Tissue stress/ Injury mechanism
Tension – force that pulls or stretches
Compression- shortens and widens structure
Shearing – equal but not opoosite loads applied tp opposing surfese to move in parallel
directions
Bending- tensile, compression, shear force
Torsion – twiting in opposite directions from opposite ends, causes tensile, compression
and shearing forces
