Organization and focus- feel more in control, environment matters, use your time efficiently find environments conducive to the task you need to accomplish. Success in college relies heavily on ability to manage your schedule: financial wellness. Helps mitigate financial strain by keeping spending aligned with goals. First need to look at your expenses and categorize each dollar spent in to 7 categories (rent, utilities, food, restaurants, entertainment, gasoline, insurance, health, personal care, gifts, or school-related costs. Fixed expenses- can"t be changed much; pre-determined. Variable expenses- fluctuate based on behavior or seasonal changes. Adjustment areas: eating out, online shopping, utilities, savings, fast food/coffee: taking care of yourself.
