Bella wilfer, a graduate student who just began work at ebc, is at first intrigued by this unique organizational structure. However, as she became settled in, she became more discontent with how vague and confusing things within the company were turning out. Her confusion was shared with other employees, and the collective discontent ended with the resignation of four core senior level executives.
