First and foremost i believe all corporations have an obligation to produce safe and reliable products for the public and its consumers. However, in today"s society where everything is not really being tested and products are being sold. As a consumer of products i would not and. I have never purchase a product that has not been fda approved. Let"s look into a similar product that i have seen being advertised, lipozene which is not fda approve. This weight loss pill has some serious side effects which can lead to death; but consumers are being fooled into purchasing this with a false sense of rapid weight loss. Maximizing shareholders profits would be the least of my concerns, the shareholders knew when they were making the decisions to invest into this product that it involved taking some risk. Me personally i would never have been a stockholder in this product.
