Canada- prime minister justin trudeau (just center left), replaced stephen harper (just center right) Mexico- enrique pena nieto (just center left) *previous leader calderon (center right)-started war on drug cartels, pena is taking a different standpoint to reduce fighting in the streets well established democracies, gigantic trade partners, house the largest unguarded borders.
