People with disability are simply the front line for human enhancement; people with human enhancement are simply just human. Devices are used for adaptation and moving along. Technology has the ability to rehabilitate, therapute, and enhance human capability. without this ability. In a sense, glasses are normal human enhancements. Ableism= obsession with certain abilities followed by negative treatment of people. People are better off if they accept impairment. Plastic surgery went from treating burn victims to something mostly about vanity now. The problem isn"t in the disability, but in the society that is not allowing of people with disability whether it"s through being rude, or a building only having stairs.
