38:20: it breaks my heart because i know what she"s gonna go through. They don"t know what the future holds for her. The frustrations that they went through they don"t remember because they were young. The isolation they went through, i saw them, you know, being ignored because they"re deaf, because people can"t hear them. And i don"t blame the hearing world for that, i mean, they are a minority. The hearing world is not going to learn sign language . 46:15: if i didn"t know you i"d say you were an abusing parent . 47:25: you think deafness is a handicap, i don"t think deafness is a handicap . 51:05: some people thik that deaf people not implanting their children is abusive. But you know what it"s the same thing with hearing people they automatically implant their children without knowing anything about deafness and i say that"s abusive.
