Key idea: reach out to those in needs. Mental health is big issue and we have community based services that can help those in need. ~one main way of approaching is with direct interaction in a way that the person feels comfortable. ~these services can be found just about anywhere schools. non-profit organizations, rec centers, religious places. Wraparound services focuses on more of a one on one interaction with the person in need. Ex: patient visiting a therapist to have a one on one session. Another common service found everywhere for major mental health issues is adult corrections aka jail/prison. ~mainly due to breaking the law under mental health issues that could hard to fix such as drugs, etc. Another major form of mental that is sometimes overlooked is the struggle of child who is from another country and english is their second language.
