There can be multiple senders and receivers of information. In fact, in an effective communication, the sender and receiver exchange their statuses whenever required. A sender is the person who initiates the communication. A receiver comprehends the sender"s message and expresses his/her own thoughts. Effective communication should be simple and easy to comprehend. Otherwise, the receiver has no idea what is being discussed. The message being communicated must be correct and free from any grammatical errors. The message should be precise, this ensures that a lot of time is not wasted and that unnecessary information not pertaining to the point is not shared.
