From the authentic leadership self-assessment questionnaire, i scored lowest on self- awareness and balanced processing. On the other hand, the area i rated highest is internalized moral perspective. Generally, the outcomes of these results were as i had anticipated. As a servant leader, i have some weaknesses of my own. At times, i tend not to be aware of various aspects, such as my capable traits, behaviors, and feelings. Also, i find difficulty in objectively analyzing other people"s information before making a decision. I take time to evaluate others" opinions and ensure they fit within the group"s objectives (northhouse, 2019). Assessment test questionnaire, i scored lowest on numbers 3, 9, and 13. My greatest strength is on internalized moral perspective.
