Document Summary
In my observation, a child named alan who is approximately one year and eleven months in age is playing with a plastic bin. While the bin is turned sideways on the floor, alan has placed his upper body into the plastic bin and is scooting it around on the floor. Alan begins to pull on the plastic bin while his upper body is still inside the bin and is dragging it across the floor. He moves the plastic bin back and forth across the floor, appearing to explore how the bin can move back and forth. Toward the end of the video, alan has climbed on top of the plastic bin which is upside down and exploring the ground below. In another video, alan has moved on to play with four large foam bolsters. He is very intrigued with the bolsters and begins stacking them upwards. Alan tries to stack three of the bolsters when the bolsters collapse.
