It is currently the most popular of its kind and is dominating the space of libraries and frameworks for building user interfaces. If you are looking to expand your job opportunities as a front-end developer, it would be bene cial to have react on your resume. To get started, you need a code editor like visual studio code (vs code) and an extension such as prettier. Code formatter which helps to reformat your code. Npm start will install react as well as all the third-party libraries we need such as a lightweight development server, web pack for bundling our les, and babel for compiling. When you create an application using create react app, all the con guration is already done for you. However, if you want to customize it for your production environment, you can always eject.
