If there is a problem with the way they deal with and solve problems: masculinity versus femininity: assertiveness is valued in this culture, whereas nurturing is valued in feminine culture. In masculinity, men work more independently than women in feminine culture: long term versus short term orientation: this dimension examines the nature of culture in terms of long-term vs. short-term goals.
