I need help with these parts of a project. The variables, solvents, sample collection method, and sample testing method.

Variables .What are the things that you can alter in this lab? What remains the same? A description of your experimental design. You will need to devise two different column chromatography experiments. Explain what you will change between the two different runs on the column and why. . Give specific instructions on how it will be performed, i.e. methodology. Solvents . The composition of the solvents used. Will the composition of the solvents be the same throughout? How and when will t change? Your reasoning for the solvents used. . Sample Collection Method Draw a sketch of your column and include how the samples will be collected. This can be a hand drawing that you then scan or take a clear picture of in your project. Sample Testing Method Think about to a technique you did in this module. .When and how will you test the samples that were collected? . At least two outside references from reputable sources you consulted in helping devise your experiment.
