SOLVE STRUCTURE GIVEN NMR AND CHEMICAL FORMULA

Hi everyone, I've been struggling with this NMR problem where we are given the chemical formulas of two compounds and their spectra and we need to find their structure. I'm new to this, and I would be really grateful if someone could please help me solve them, providing how they worked it out and any key pieces of information.

Compound A has a formula of C22 H25 S1 N2 F3 O3. The 19F NMR has a sharp peak at -78.5 ppm. The unintegrated signal at 2.45 is an impurity.

Compound B has a formula of C12 H12 S1 P1 I1 F6. The 31P NMR spectrum shows a septet at -145 ppm
