ANSWER SO FAR:

Given :
Length ( L ) = 114 cm
Radius (r ) = 17.6 cm
f1 = 25.2 µWb
B = 1.92 mT
Magnetic flux f2 = p r2B = p ( 17.6)2 * 1.92 = 1868.42
Net flux is :

f = - f1 - f2 = -25.2 - [ 1868.42 ]

= -25.2 - [ 1868.42 ]
= - 1893.62 µWb (THIS VALUE IS WRONG ALTHOUGH THE UNITS ARE CORRECT- I DONT KNOW WHERE I WENT WRONG)
