Where does the equation for B come from (B=mg/iL)? I am confused as to where that came from because I do not see it in the book...

This is equation chp. 17 problem 80 in the tagged book below.The problem occurs during part a in figuring out what h=. Theproblem states that it equals 2.096m when all I ever configure is.0164m. I have looked all the steps previously over and over but Iam not sure where it goes wrong. Help please! I am very confused onhow to figure out h.
