Is the availability heuristic or the representativeness heuristic a result of the illusory truth effect? Both heuristics seem to deal with the ease of a certain memory/information being accessible. Is this also the reason why some people say that having a bad public image is still marketing in itself (because of the repeated encounters plus the salience)?
