In some debates racism is presented as another form of ethnocentrism. That is viewing another race and other ethnicity from one"s own ethnic lens. When viewed as a form of ethnocentrism, without involving structure of power, and relations of superior inferior, racism becomes a mode of differentiation. The concept racism had gone through many developments, it has been used differently and it changed drastically.
