Marcus holconius celer son of marcus holconius rufus who along with his brother restored the theatre in the augustan period, inscription honouring the two brothers saying they built the crypt, boxes and theatre seating. Galdiators" barracks was orginially the theatre portico but was changed into the gladiator"s barracks. Covered theatre odeon, built by giaus qv and marcus p. after 80bc. Amphitheatre also built by gqv and mp ca. 80-70 bc again for use by the colonists coming in, ised for musical performance and recitations possibly also political meetins (ie. for comitia the assembly of people)
