It is how we know and show the value of our work. The e is the last step in the rpie outline, but eval and research go together. All major research methods are useful now as they are in history. Data from surveys conducted before a campaign can be used a baseline for comparison and then the data from during or after can assess change in cognition, attitudes, and behaviour. Obviously, online survey tools make it easier to collect and analyze data.
