Most chiropractors perform their practice in a clinical office setting with very few exceptions, such as hospitals. Year 1/2 basic clinical skills while also working on chiropractic skills such as physical adjustments, and diagnosis. Year 3 heavy focus on a case-based learning approach to help students get a more applicable skill-set in chiropractic work. Year 4 12-month internship program, allowing them to treat and assess the conditions of real patients while being supervised by a licensed chiropractor.
