Speaking skills: analytical skills, personal attributes, attitudinal or behavioural qualities assoc w personality traits or other ind differences. How employers see employability: things they are interested in, achievements, getting a university degree, but important to realize that they are more interested in skills and personal attributes. It is not the uni degree that employers want but rather the skills and personal attributes that inds are expected to have acquired or developed partially by completing the degree.
