Why consociation is a specific type of power-sharing. Its normally associated with the power-sharing of ethnicities in particular. Goes beyond power-sharing at the executive level it also distributes ministries among the parties. But not perfect because depends on number of seats in electoral district and etc: droop quota!! Formula used in stv electoral systems a quota to win one seat, depending on how many seats are in the district.
