Extrinsic factors include: quality and quantity of urine, state of bowel, mobility, dexterity, state of alertness, intellectual status, emotional status, physical and psychological envs. Healthy normal bladder secretes 100ml urine per hour (less at night) 1st stage: 300 ml (3 hrs after fluid intake)
