Document Summary
Objective: to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of foraged foods, and basic ceramic history while also incorporating community values. There will be seven ceramic bowls consisting of wild onion, chickweed, garlic mustard, queen anne"s lace, lemon balm, violet, and salt. The tomato soup will be in the pot. I will also have a small camping stove, cooking pot, and spoon to stir and serve the stew. Each student will examine each of the ingredients i have planted in pots and they will try each of the ingredients before placing them into the stew. Thank you if you each look into your bowls you will see violet, wild onion, queen anne"s lace, chickweed, garlic mustard and lemon balm. *shows pots* as part of this workshop we are not only going to be talking about foraged foods, but also what we can learn, as a community coming together like these ingredients.
