A business wants to please and earn profit from its consumers so their strategic plan in selling their product can be influenced by the society around them. Business ethics are the standards of moral behavior to business situations. It is important because it"s the study between what is morally right and wrong which is then implied to the way business"s act. It puts an emphasis on relationships and how to behave.
