Norms - a level of performance, pattern of behavior or belief. Distinctiveness- groups feel unique, group identity increases. Fairness- trust other members and be treated fairly. Similarity- equal commitment, attitude, aspirations, and goals. Social support- providing resources to members to enhance their well-being.
