Half of all murder victims are black despite making up a much smaller percentage of the population (10-15%) 90% of black victims are murdered by black perpetrators. 83% of white victims are murdered by white perpetrators. Also killing another person, but with different circumstances. Many states separate manslaughter by voluntary and involuntary. Can involve killing while participating in an unlawful act. Only 35% of women who are raped report it to the police.
