The french & indian war, indian warfare, and stamps. Close of the colonial period and the beginning of the revolutionary period. 1763 - france loses all of it"s colonial possessions. Since france is out, north america is mainly all british and they are now maintaining majority of the power. The use of indian warfare: british colonists vs indians, indians side with the french. Think relationship with the french is more bene cial to them: indians want to keep their independence which is why they side with the french because they want the same, but the british do not. British want to change the way that indians operate in north america. At the end of the war: proclamation line of 1763. Designed to keep all the colonists to the east. No interest in indians, but an interest in preventing more warfare. British government want to leave the indians alone.
