When eggs near maturity another medication finalizes growth spurt of eggs and approx. 36 hours later the eggs are ready for collection: retrieval of mature eggs from ovaries and sperm from prospective father- obtained by ultrasound guided needle (laparoscope) through small surgical incision in vagina or abdomen.
