o Members begin to identify as part of team
o Members have agreed to take on challenges and goals
o Team leaders take on a more collaborative demeanor
• Performing
o Very rewarding
o Ideas flow freely and are normally critiqued without judgment or defensiveness.

and celebratory feelings over the teams accomplishment
