A: problem isn"t human nature but it"s, the real problem is a story, one we"ve been telling ourselves for 400 years. A: they were discussing a plan to spray chemicals into the stratosphere to turn down the temperature for planet earth. The earth is a machine and we are its engineers. We sculpt it and we can extract anything we want from it. We became masters when engineers learnt how to burn fossil fuels on an industrial scale to use machines changing the world. A: they are trying to extract oil from a place that hasn"t been touched for centuries. People don"t care they are just making money from it. A: they are talking about a time when they were no industries and only trees in a place. People came and they wanted to own the land, it doesn"t work like that the land owns us. Pollution is making life impossible to live in.
