People who do not have the capacity to create a contract. The age at which a person is held fully accountable in law. Are people who have not reached the age of maturity. If they are entitled to avoid the legal obligations that the contract would have otherwise created. If it is void then they are relieved of all future liabilities under the contract if they go through with it they are binded (affirmed the contract). They are liable until they void the contract. Minor can"t avoid anything for their benefits (education, legal advice, food, clothing) Contracts only voidable if the other party should have recognized the problem. Either a court can deem them mentally incapacitated therefore contracts are void and can"t be enforced at all. If they don"t have the mental capacity at the time of contract it can"t be enforced ex: insomnia guy. Need to void it within a reasonable time.
