(tells the characteristic of both the jobs and the future job) Employer branding, the image and impression of an organization to a potential employee is very important. Branding includes experiences a candidate goes through while interacting with a company throughout the recruitment process. Less orientation requires since inside candidates know about the organization already. Insiders may be more committed to company goals and less likely to leave. Firm is more likely to know about the employee in terms of skills and performance level. Have a large amount of choice of qualified candidates. Elimination of employee rivalry and competition for transfers and promotions. New comer do not fit in, or take long time to fit in.
