Many firms find it more productive to focus their efforts on key industries/market segments vs. ultimate consumers. Basically, manufacturers, resellers, institutions & govts are all involved in b2b transactions. Manufacturers/producers: buys raw materials, components & parts that allow them to manufacture their own goods.
