Roy: constantly surrounded by challenges, as a human system we are able to interact with the environment and make adaptive response. Stressor that"s immediately impacting you. (low income: contextual: all other stimuli that can influence the situation. (not having enough food, social supports to help cop, residual: factors that can influence the situation but person doesn"t know how. One that offers development of empowerment to choosing best option for themselves.
