Low consistency when those roles require characterisics that conlict with other self ideniies. Clarity: degree to which you have a clear, conidently deined and stable concept and when you are conident about who you are. Efects of self concept characterisics on well being and behaviour. Low complexity leads to severe loss when one experiences failure. Consistency and clarity increases well being because you are less likely to get inluenced by others, experience less stress and are at peace with your personality.
