If sexual intercorse happend than conception: the union of an egg from the mother and a sperm from the father. It takes 6 hours for the sperm to travel only 200 ever get near the egg. Failure= 1. sperm gets tangled 2. wind up in the fallopian tube 3. sperm has defects.
