Share the data, conclusions, and alternative explanations: replication repeating the procedure and methods of a study with different participants is often the sixth step, conclusions are revised, refined, and confirmed after replication. Development is multicontextual: the second insight from the life-span perspective is that development is multi-contextual. It involves all the adjustments immigrants have to make to adapt to their new surroundings while still maintaining their own cultural practices and beliefs.
