List of traits comprises a (cid:498)rag bag(cid:499) of individual differences though, such as traits, social backgrounds etc. There is rally no one set of personal qualities and competencies that characterize leaders. Emergent: leaders are likely viewed as being the most prototypical of the group. Emerge even though there is no formal position to be appointed to. Servant: ability and desire to serve the needs of others (cid:498)you best lead by serving the needs of your people(cid:499) Leadership is being faithful and devoted to the people you lead, participate with them in the agonies and ecstasies of life.
