Educated to guild, train, support, motivate, and coach employees rather than tell them what to do. When coaching mangers are trying to get the best out of their employees. Management is an assignment, coaching is a choice. Now employees are more knowledgable in technology then they do therefore they emphasize teamwork and co-operation. Managers in high tech rms are generally friendly and treated employees as partners rather than unruly workers. In the past employees would be expected to work for the same company for many years.
