You have to convince how you are evaluating by reasonable criteria: objective standards. Just what do you intend to evaluate and for whom: assess or rank and change opinions or making people aware of failures, need to share your intensions and credentials with the reader. Offer convincing evidence: evidence makes the connection between an opinion and the criteria of evaluation that support it facts, statistics, testimony, photographs, and even good sense and keen observations. Offer worthwhile advice some evaluations are just for fun (sports: most evaluations and reviews provide usable information or beneficial criticism. Evaluate a subject you know well safest option, built on the assumption that everyone is an expert on something lots of on hand knowledge that gives you confidence to offer an opinion.
