They are determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom. Conscious of the need for the accessibility of health care to all individuals regardless of age, sex or race to guarantee the well-being and stability of those within the global community. Reaffirming article 25 of the declaration in which it is stated that everyone has the right to a standard of adequate living for the health and well-being of themselves and of their family. This includes food, clothing, housing, medical care, necessary social services, the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond one"s control.
