Job speciicaion: statement of the knowledge, skills, and abiliies required of the person performing the job. Job speciicaions are essenial for recruitment because they establish the qualiicaion required of applicants. Job speciicaions provide bias for atracing qualiied applicants and discouraging unqualiied ones.
