Rawls theory includes and incorporates ideas and liberty, Rawls most famous claim is that justice is the first virtue of social. Better to let someone guilty go free than to punish someone who. The concept" is the general structure, or the grammar, of a term. A conception is the particular specification of that concept, equality and community institutions is innocent like justice, equality or liberty obtained by filling out some of the detail. In political arguments, people generally agree on the general structure of the concept (the grammar, the way to use it) but have different conceptions on how that concept should be fleshed out. Three influential conceptions about justice: rawls justice as fairness, nozick"s justice as entitlement, justice as desert.
