However this it not a cure all, in risky neighbourhoods withdrawal from the community may be adaptive for adults and children thus this value must be balanced with other values. Cp must understand the traditions and folkways of any culture or distinctive community with whom they work. Includes appreciating how the culture provides distinctive strengths and resources for living. The fair, equitable allocation of resources, opportunities, obligations, and power in society as a whole. Distributive justice: concerns allocation of resources among members of a population.
