Almost everything and a vast variety of environmental factors and elements can impact and affect the human resources management organizational strategies. But despite this fact, there are specific and particular environmental factors and elements that human resources management professionals prioritize and looked into it more in depth and looked its importance in addition to significance. This is due to the fact that some are more important and significant to the human resources management department than others so they are looked at closely. There are some environmental factors that are more crucial than others. What can also impact the environment is political and legislative factors. Both federal and provincial governments have the ability to affect and influence business and organizational environments because of politics, specifically, through the amendment of new laws, regulations and changes to it. Government has the control over economic growth through decreasing national debt, budget balancing in addition to reducing taxes.
