Can address factors such as driving distractions, the way and speed at which people drive, and preventative measures to increase safety (highest rates of urban drivers using handheld device = in ontario, note: hands-free is not risk-free). Many still use phone while driving because they overestimate their ability to drive while distracted. Safety procedures such as seatbelts were legislated, but getting people to follow them is still difficult need to enforce the legislation. 1/4 canadians will die from cancer, therefore screening for it is important.
