As generations go by finding a job for your desired profession is becoming a lot more inflexible. Some reasons being the lack of experience required to perform the job in top quality, limited knowledge of the profession and an egoistic denial of pressuring a job due to the status such as being a garbage man. The reality is that day by day many people go jobless for various reasons. It only seems to be getting worse as we progress in the economic sector. In order to determine the amount of people unemployed in a given country like canada we determine the official unemployment rate. The rate is calculated by taking the population of individual"s unemployed and seeking for work and dividing that by the total sum of actively working individuals (the employed / labour force participants. ) This calculation allows us to get a realistic percentage of the unemployed during a period of time . usually for a period of 12 months.
